KSTDC runs a number of conducted tours by coach for sightseeing in the city and to a number of places of interest in the state.

A unique bus service has been introduced especially for tourists called Cauvery. This bus takes you all around Bangalore and shows you various spots of tourist interest and importance. Tourists can have the 'Maharaja' privilege by sitting on cushion seats in the open-top bus. The service is scheduled at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. The fare is Rs.20/- for adults and Rs.10/- for children.
