Ingredients for 4 servings
 

Almonds      8 to 10

Pepper corns      8 to 10

Elaichi      2

Jeera      1

Rose petals      Few

Dry dhaniya      1/2 tsp

Sugar      6 tsp.or as per taste

Method

"Soak all the above ingredients in water for about 2 to 3 hours. then grind to a fine paste along with milk and sieve it in a muslin cloth.

Bhang is available in the form of powder, balls, leaves or paste. This is available only with the licensed dealers (The licenses are periodically issued by the government). Bhang is banned in a few countries.
