Bangalore, The Garden City. Why not? The people at Bangalore go hand-in-hand with the BCC in enabling the city to be
greener (and cleaner?). The BCC plants the trees, and the gentlemen at Bangalore provide the nurturing with water
and uric acid. That help the trees at Bangalore to grow better and greener.
In fact the gentlemen have got so used to watering, that they do it irrespective whether a tree is actually present
or not. It could be for curing the wall on someone's house. I guess it has something to do with the longevity of
cement structures in Bangalore. I wish they had nurtured the BCC buildings that have been collapsing for the past
couple of years. When this urge would increase they could even help you clean your vehicles. Why spend at expensive car-washes?

BCC should start felicitating these gentlemen for doing honours to the city. That's the caring attitude of the gentlemen
@ namma Bengalooru. People at Bangalore are said to be warm and hospitable. I guess that's the warmth they talk of.
They contribute with so much of concern towards the city, and do it with their heads held high, and faces beaming with
ear-to-ear smiles. Why not? They are doing good to their city.
Outsiders view this act with awe, and hope that their governments also encourage them in contributing more to the
development and nurturing of their cities. They too wish to contribute like good and generous citizens of our city.
There was a news-item in the newspapers a couple of days back about Mrs Sudha Murty of Infosys Foundation offering a
donation of Eight Crore Rupees to the BCC for constructing around a hundred public toilets in the city. Would BCC
accept this donation, and hamper the co-operation of the citizens? Would these toilets (if constructed) be able
to change the helping and generous attitude of Gentlemen in this city? or the gentlemen would endup curing these public toilets when constructed!
Only time will answer these question.
